There has been some confusion lately regarding property taxes paid by Fleming property owners.  Please be advised that the Town of Fleming does not levy a town tax.  Our general fund, which is the main operating fund for the town, receives revenues from Cayuga County sales tax, state aid and a few miscellaneous sources.
